Terms of Service
1. About Cabin
Cabin.coach (“Cabin”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered seat intelligence service that helps travelers research aircraft seats. Cabin draws on publicly sourced forum data, passenger reports, and AI-generated summaries to answer questions about specific seats, aircraft, and airlines.
By accessing or using Cabin you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You may use Cabin as a guest (limited to 3 searches) or by creating a free account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Plans and Payments

5. AI Disclaimer - Please Read
Do not make booking decisions based solely on Cabin’s answers. Always verify seat maps, cabin configuration, and product details directly with the airline or via the airline’s official seat map tool before booking. Cabin is a research aid, not a substitute for official sources.
We are not responsible for any losses, costs, or inconvenience arising from reliance on Cabin’s responses.

Forum excerpts and passenger reports surfaced by Cabin are sourced from publicly available third-party content. We do not claim ownership of that content. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at legal@cabin.coach.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting queries you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cabin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific answer will be accurate or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabin.coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or missed flights, arising from your use of or inability to use the service - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
